The Gear Flowmeter, or Positive Displacement (PD) Flowmeter, is a high-precision liquid flow measurement instrument. Using intermeshing gears driven by fluid pressure it ensures accurate, stable, and repeatable volume measurement. Ideal for petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries requiring reliable liquid flow monitoring

  • Medium Temperature: -40–80℃, up to 200℃ for high-temperature type (custom-made)

  • Precision: ±0.5% (within measuring range 1:20), ±1% (full range), based on 20cst liquid

  • Working Voltage: 9–26 VDC

Overview of Gear Flowmeter

The Gear Flowmeter, also known as a Positive Displacement (PD) Flowmeter, is a high-precision instrument designed for accurate measurement of liquid volume. It operates by using the pressure difference of the flowing liquid to drive intermeshing gears, dividing the fluid into fixed, known volumes, where each rotation corresponds to a precise quantity. With its robust structure and excellent accuracy, the Gear Flowmeter is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, automotive, and other industries that require reliable flow monitoring and dosing.
