Description

Overview of Mini Float Level Switch 

The working principle of the Mini Float Level Switch is straightforward. A sealed stem contains one or more magnetic reed switches at specific heights. A hollow float, containing an annular permanent magnet, slides up and down the stem as the liquid level changes. When the float’s internal magnet aligns with the reed switch, the magnetic field forces the switch contacts to open or close, generating a signal to control pumps, alarms, or indicators. The "Normally Open" or "Normally Closed" status refers to the state of the switch when no liquid is present (the dry state).
