The Contact Pressure Gauge bridges the gap between a standard visual gauge and an electronic pressure switch.
What is it? It is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge equipped with an internal electrical contact assembly. The user sets the desired limit pointers on the dial face; when the actual pressure pointer overlaps with these limit pointers, an electrical signal is sent to a control unit or relay.
Main Application Field: Its applicability is extremely broad, making it suitable for virtually any industrial condition where automated pressure monitoring and control are required.
Key Characteristics: Available in both Conventional and Magnetic-Assisted contact types. The magnetic-assisted version offers faster switching and increased contact force, which prevents arcing and ensures a more reliable connection in environments with slight vibrations.
