The Contact Pressure Gauge is an integrated measuring and controlling instrument designed to provide local pressure indication while simultaneously managing external electrical circuits. By incorporating adjustable electrical contacts, this gauge functions as a high-precision pressure switch. When the measured pressure reaches the preset upper or lower limit, the contacts close or open, triggering alarms or controlling auxiliary equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves. With a wide range of dial sizes and pressure capabilities up to 100MPa, it is one of the most versatile tools for automated pressure regulation in industrial processes.

Overview of Contact Pressure Gauge

The Contact Pressure Gauge bridges the gap between a standard visual gauge and an electronic pressure switch.

What is it? It is a Bourdon tube pressure gauge equipped with an internal electrical contact assembly. The user sets the desired limit pointers on the dial face; when the actual pressure pointer overlaps with these limit pointers, an electrical signal is sent to a control unit or relay.
Main Application Field: Its applicability is extremely broad, making it suitable for virtually any industrial condition where automated pressure monitoring and control are required.
Key Characteristics: Available in both Conventional and Magnetic-Assisted contact types. The magnetic-assisted version offers faster switching and increased contact force, which prevents arcing and ensures a more reliable connection in environments with slight vibrations.
